Our first local accommodations started out as an extra service due to the trust in us by the buying customers. We ended up professionalizing ourselves in the area and now we provide an adequate service to each client.
Initially we will have to write a power of attorney in which the owner of the property gives us the powers to manage the property as an AL and all the necessary changes that this implies.
Then we will have to open activity on behalf of the owner, we will register the AL in Turismo de Portugal. Purchase the Physical Complaints Book and the necessary and mandatory Safety Items, such as extinguisher plate / fire blanket / 112 / electricity cut / electrical panel / 1st SOS box, etc ...
An inventory of the property will be prepared, 3 sets of linen are required for each bed, and 3 bath sets x number of guests. Cleaning will be carried out by our employee and charged directly to the guest.
Then we will move on to the photographic and advertising section on-line. It will be necessary to hire an accountant in order to proceed in accordance with legal obligations.
