Rustic land near Raposeira

Rustic land with a total area of 59.250 sqm with a very attractive price for the area and value per square meter. It has a good access to the limitof the land, with some slope facing south, the land has several trees and part of the valley.
The land is inserted about 10% in the RAN (National Agricultural Reserve), which has greater aptitude for agricultural activity.

It is located approximately 1.5 km from Raposeira, where you can find a mini market, cafes and restaurants, and another 5 km from the beaches of Ingrina and Zavial.

Ingrina Beach has a sand of reasonable extension and wide shell shape. It is located in a small bay, whose cliff ends extend more than 200 meters into the sea. This is a good place to go diving. The surroundings are famous for their megalithic monuments. To the east, at the top of the cliff, you can see the Ruins of the Fort and the Zavial Battery.

Zavial Beach has a very extensive sandy beach that becomes wider to the west, next to its entrance. It is located at the mouth of a wide valley where ribeira dos Outeiros flows. On the cliff, a short distance to the west, are the Ruins of the Fort and the Battery of Zavial, dating from the seventeenth century. Beach use and naturalistic custom.

NO BUILDING PERMISSION. There is the possibility of temporarily parking a caravan or ordering to license a small agricultural support warehouse.
