According to Article 46 of Decree-Law No. 81-C/2017 0, it is forbidden for credit intermediaries to receive or deliver any amounts related to the formation, execution and early compliance of credit agreements.

  • By Decree-Law No. 81-C/2017 of July 7, which approved the legal regime establishing the requirements for access and exercise of the activity of credit intermediary and the provision of consulting services related to credit agreements;
  • By Notice of Banco de Portugal No. 6/2017;
  • By Instruction No. 16/2017, from Banco de Portugal.
